My Background
With over 17 years of experience, a Master of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, Chris has cultivated a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
My Qualifications
Previously the Hospitality Management Program Chair at Lake Michigan College. Chris has crafted comprehensive curriculums in customer service, service safety, and hospitality, which have been implemented statewide. He is a long-standing member of the Detroit Tigers' hospitality team, he has a unique insight into sports and entertainment venue management.
Certifications
Chris is sought after across the United States for his expert guidance and innovative approaches to hospitality education and service excellence. He is certified in ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol, ServSafe Workplace (Sexual Harassment Prevention, Unconcious Bias, other) Guest Service Gold, & Certified Hospitality Supervisor (SSB).
